This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the  ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Member" refers to you (the applicant). Whenever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "Member", "we" or "our" refers to  ComputerFinancing.net.


ELIGIBILITY
An individual or company becomes a ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Member by completing and submitting the online Affiliate Application Form. The Member must be of legal age to participate in the state, province or country in which they reside. Each individual may only maintain one Membership at a time.

CUSTOMERS
Individuals who apply for financing will be deemed to be customers of ComputerFinancing.net. No ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Member may submit applications on the customers behalf or communicate with the customer on our behalf. All customers information will be kept confidential and all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, will apply to those customers.

RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Members are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Members are expressly prohibited from stating or implying, orally or in writing, that they are franchises, joint venture partners, partners, or employees of ComputerFinancing.net.  ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Members have no authority to speak on our behalf.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

COMMUNICATION
ComputerFinancing.net is an Internet based program and therefore uses email and Internet web pages as communication devices. All ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Members must have a valid email address and must notify ComputerFinancing.net  if that address changes. Any information posted on our website or emailed to the Member's email address of record is considered delivered to the Member.

COMMISSION SCHEDULE
The ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program is a 2 tier program. Commissions for personal sales from your website are $50.00. Commissions for sales by Affiliates that joined the ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program from  your website are $10.00. A sale is defined as a computer system that has been delivered to the customer. All commissions will be paid via e-mail utilizing PayPal's Secure Payment Systems and will be paid monthly on or about the 15th of each month for the previous months sales.

ADVERTISING
Members may advertise their ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Member Site using any of the advertising banners, links or material produced by  ComputerFinancing.net and made available on our website. No one may use the ComputerFinancing.net  name or logo on any materials not produced by ComputerFinancing.net without written permission from ComputerFinancing.net.  ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Members agree to post only banners provided by ComputerFinancing.net.

MODIFICATION
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

TERMINATION
Either party may cancel this agreement at anytime for any reason and  may be made via postal mail or e-mail.

DISCLAIMERS
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

INCOME CLAIMS
ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program Members are expressly prohibited from making any representations regarding the income potential of the Program.

AMENDMENTS
ComputerFinancing.net may amend this Agreement, its prices, and its sales, marketing, and commission plan at any time. Amendments will be communicated by posting them on the ComputerFinancing.net website or by email. Amendments are effective and binding upon being published on the website or upon the sending of an email notification.

  ANTI-SPAM POLICY
ComputerFinancing.net strictly prohibits any form of spamming with the intent to acquire referrals. In accordance with our company policies and to protect the rights of others, ComputerFinancing.net has a zero tolerance for members who violate our anti-spam policy. Spamming consists of sending unsolicited email messages to any recipient with whom you do not have a personal or professional relationship. It also consists of, but is not limited to:

• Usenet and Message Board Spamming. These are messages that are sent or posted and are misleading to potential referrals and are unrelated to the topic of discussion.
• Chat Room Solicitations. Solicitations posted in chat rooms or by use of instant messaging systems.
• Non-Computer Related Spamming Activities. For the purpose of acquiring referrals, the distribution of printed materials on private property or where otherwise prohibited is against our anti-spam policy.

If a spamming complaint is received, ComputerFinancing.net will send the member under investigation a warning letter stating that a complaint has been received and that they are under investigation for spamming activities. If we determine the spamming complaint is valid and a member has intentionally broken our anti-spam policy, that member will be immediately terminated.

If a member is terminated they will forfeit any unpaid monies, lose all their referrals and will be ineligible to re-enter the ComputerFinancing.net Affiliate Program.
